Hi Tabatha. All the printables come as a zip file which is essentially a package with multiple files in it. You need to have zip software. Your phone likely has it already. Also refer to the Frequently Asked Questions page: https://halegrafx.com/faq

Hi Kevin! Gotta question for ya. I only have an iPhone so no computer. I’m trying to open the pdf’s but when I click on it and try to upload it to my google drive, it is showing .zip not .pdf What am I doing wrong? I also want to use the 2” circle Cat in the Hat ones on here. Can you help me?
